How to Register Account on MYMC

  1. First, log in to your MYMC account.
  2. Then click the register tab on the top menu.
  3. Select the kind of account you wish to create, followed by the filing frequency, and year end date. Click save.
  4. Next you will create an authorized representative.
    – Enter the client’s first name, then last name. If they go by a different name than their legal name, you may enter that in the preferred name section.
    – Enter the client’s primary phone number, preferably their cell phone, then their landline in their secondary phone number if applicable.
    – Enter their email address.
    – enter the client’s physical address, followed by their mailing address if it is different from their physical address.
    – Enter social insurance number.
    – If there are more authorized representatives you may click the blue add button and repeat these steps.
    – If you are done, the client will now appear on your dashboard.
  5. Click on the client’s name on your dashboard.
  6. Click Edit name on the right to add the corporation’s name. Click save.
  7. Move to the next tab, click to enter the corporate business number, click save.
  8. Next edit the incorporation date, enter the date the business incorporated followed by save.
  9. Next you will enter the year end date. Once again, click save.
  10. Next you will click, add address. Enter all the relevant information for the address of the company. Click save.
  11. To finish set up, click contacts, followed by employee.
    – Click the green add employee button.
    – Click the down arrow to search from existing contacts.
    – Click the contact, select your location and frequency. like the province, for this example it will be Manitoba. For pay frequency, we always recommend a monthly salary. When all information is entered, click save.
  12. Lastly, too add the director, click the director tab on the menu.
    – Click the green add director button.
    – Click the down arrow to search from existing contacts.
    – Click the contact, select the incorporation date.
    – Then you will click office to select the position the director holds.
    – You may now click save.
  13. You have now completed registering this account.
