Setting up the Corporate Binder on MYMC.

Step 1. Typing Binders.


Please fill in the blanks on these following documents.

By Laws Instructions:
– Replace the corporate name with the name of the corporation you are writing by-laws for.
– Enter the correct date of incorporation.
– Print File to PDF and name it “By-Laws – *NAME OF CORPORATION*” Click save.

Director’s Register Instructions:
– Enter the name of the director.
– Enter the director’s home address.
– Enter the Incorporation Date
– Enter the office the director holds.
– Print File to PDF and name it “Director’s Register – *NAME OF CORPORATION*” Click save.

Director’s Register Instructions:
– Enter the date of Incorporation
– Enter the shareholder’s name.
– Enter the number of shares (MYMC Typically suggests 100 Common Voting Shares)
– Print File to PDF and name it “Shareholder’s Register – *NAME OF CORPORATION*” Click save.

Shareholders Minutes Instructions:
– Replace the corporate name with the name of the corporation you are writing minutes for.
– Enter the name of the directors in the signature lines (Leave the second blank if there is no second director)
– Enter the incorporation dates where there are dates.
– Enter the director’s names in all relevant spots (leave blank all secondary director sections if there is no second director)
– Print File to PDF and name it “Shareholder’s Minutes – *NAME OF CORPORATION*” Click save.

Directors Minutes Instructions:
– Replace the corporate name with the name of the corporation you are writing minutes for.
– Enter the name of the directors in the signature lines (Leave the second blank if there is no second director)
– Enter the incorporation dates where there are dates.
– Enter the director’s names in all relevant spots (leave blank all secondary director sections if there is no second director)
– Print File to PDF and name it “Shareholder’s Minutes – *NAME OF CORPORATION*” Click save.

Step 2. Uploading Documents to the Corporate Binder in MYMC

    1. Log in to your MYMC account:
      MYMC Log In Page
    2. Go to your client’s account.
    3. On the client’s page, click on Corporate Binder on the left menu bar.
    4. Click the upload icon on Articles of Incorporation. Double click on the articles document.
      – Add a date to the document, which is the incorporation date.
      – Add the vendor, which is Companies Office.
      – Click the green submit button.
      – Wait for the “pending” to change to “Success”.
    5. Next move down to Business Number Summary. Click the upload icon, then select the business number document.
      – Add the incorporation date
      – Add the vendor, which is Companies Office.
      – Click submit.
      – Wait for the “Success” confirmation.
    6. Then move down to by laws. Click the upload icon. Find the by laws document.
      – Add the incorporation date.
      – Add the corporation’s name under vendor, followed by the plus icon which will add the corporation as a vendor. Click save.
      – Click the submit button.
      – Wait for the success confirmation.
    7. Continue now to Directors register. Click upload, then select the document.
      – Add incorporation date.
      – Add the corporate name under vendor.
      – Click the success button.
      – Wait for the success confirmation before moving on.
    8. Next you will click the upload icon for Shareholders Register. Find the Shareholders register, then click on the document.
      – Add the incorporation date on the calendar tab.
      – Add the corporation’s name under vendor.
      – Next, you may click submit.
      – Don’t forget to wait for the success icon before moving on.
    9. Next under corporate binder, click on the “Operations” tab on the top menu.
    10. Click the upload icon beside minutes of meeting (directors). Select the director’s minutes document.
      – Add the incorporation date.
      – Add the corporate name under vendor.
      – Click submit.
      – Wait for the success confirmation.
    11. Move down to minutes of meeting (shareholders) and click upload. Select the shareholder minutes document.
      – Add the incorporation date.
      – Add the corporation’s name under vendor.
      – Click submit.
      – Wait for the success icon.
    12. You have now uploaded the incorporation documents for Phase 2 of onboarding.
